PrepDesk is operated by GG Digital Solutions, registered in Zambia.

What we collect

When you create a PrepDesk account, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and school name
• Your password (stored as a secure one-way hash, so we never store or can see your actual password)
• The documents you create (Lesson Plans, Schemes of Work, Tests, and every other document type) and the curriculum selections behind them
• Basic records of how you use certain features, to keep the service running fairly for everyone
• Any message you send us and our reply to it

What we don't collect

We don't run any tracking or advertising cookies, and we don't sell or share your information with advertisers. Cookies on this site are strictly functional: keeping you logged in and remembering things like your last-used Grade and Subject. They only apply once you Accept them via the cookie banner.

How AI generation works with your data

Some features use a third-party AI service to draft content. Only the curriculum information behind your selection is sent to generate a draft. Your name, email, and other personal account details are never included.

How your documents are stored

Every document you create is stored in our database, tied to your account, and only visible to you. Nobody else, including other teachers using PrepDesk, can see your documents.

Payments

PrepDesk offers a free tier and a paid Premium tier. Subscribing to Premium is handled through an automated checkout, paid directly via MTN, Airtel, or Zamtel Mobile Money. We do not store your card or mobile money details ourselves; payment information is handled directly by Lenco, our licensed Zambian payment processor.

Your rights

You can review or update your account details (name, school, password) at any time from Edit Account. Your email address is not editable there directly. If it needs to change, contact us using the details below. If you'd like your account or data deleted entirely, contact us the same way. We don't yet have a fully automatic self-service deletion button, but we'll handle the request directly.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that affects how your information is used, we'll post the update here with a new "Last updated" date.
