PrepDesk is operated by GG Digital Solutions, registered in Zambia.
PrepDesk is a tool for Zambian teachers to generate curriculum-aligned lesson planning documents. By creating an account, you agree to use it for its intended purpose (supporting your own teaching) and not to misuse the service (for example, attempting to overload it, access another teacher's account, or use it for anything unlawful).
You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything done through your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us right away.
Documents you create belong to you. We don't claim ownership over your lesson plans, schemes of work, or any other content you generate. You're responsible for reviewing AI-drafted content before using it. Every document is a starting point you can and should edit, not a final, unreviewed submission.
The curriculum data behind PrepDesk (topics, sub-topics, specific competences) is digitized directly from the Zambian Ministry of Education's 2023 curriculum framework. We've made a genuine effort to digitize this accurately, but PrepDesk is not an official Ministry of Education product, and you should verify anything critical against the official syllabus.
We aim to keep PrepDesk available and reliable, but as with any online service, we can't guarantee it will always be free of downtime or errors. We're not liable for lost work due to technical issues, though we take reasonable steps (including error logging and testing) to prevent them.
PrepDesk offers a free tier and a paid Premium tier. Subscribing to Premium is handled through an automated checkout, paid directly via MTN, Airtel, or Zamtel Mobile Money, through Lenco, our payment processor. Nothing is billed to you without your own explicit action, entering your mobile money PIN to approve the payment on your own phone.
We may add, change, or remove features over time as PrepDesk develops. We'll communicate meaningful changes through the in-app Announcements feature.
You may stop using PrepDesk at any time. To request your account be closed and your data removed, contact us using the details below.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
